Planning a Vacation to Ibiza?
Ibiza is a magical place and one of, if not the world’s #1 party destination. The biggest EDM DJ’s make Ibiza their home all summer. Most of us have one or two weeks to spend there it’s got to be done RIGHT! TGW works with all of the Major Clubs and we put together Ibiza Vacation Packages that include everything so all you basically have to do is SHOW UP & ENJOY!
Ibiza may be a small island but it’s got a lot to offer a holiday maker. A destination renowned for decades as the party destination has worked hard in recent years to promote its other qualities and a holiday in Ibiza has fast become a desired holiday location. A just over two hour flight from the UK takes you far enough from the bad weather but avoids a long flight – the perfect choice for families with restless children!
Some of the hottest clubs and club nights have set up home in Ibiza meaning that it is still the first choice clubbing destination for people who want to dance away the stresses and strains of daily life. Ibiza is home to 7 main clubs and a lot of smaller venues which means anyone on holiday to Ibiza is spoilt for choice for where to go.
Now, the above information might make it sound like a nightmare for anyone who doesn’t want to spend all night, every night in a club. However, the wonderful thing about a holiday in Ibiza is that it isn’t just a party destination. Ibiza can be enjoyed by a family or group of friends without once stepping into a bar or club.
The choice of beaches and the size and location of the island means that you can be confident of finding a beach with enough wind to surf if you want, or a beach with no wind. The reliable warm summer temperatures mean that you can be sure you’ll get your dose of yearly sun.
If you get bored of the beautiful beaches there is plenty of sightseeing to be had on holiday in Ibiza. The capital city of Ibiza Town is set on the top of a mountain next to the sea. A visit to the cathedral Santa Maria d’Eivissa on the upper town will not only give you an excellent view of the town and sea but it also houses gothic works of art. The Salinas salt flats have been in use for over 2000 years and are definitely worth a visit as the sun sets. The set of caves Can Marca are over 1000 years old and provide the explorer with fantastic views over the Puerta de Sin Miguel on the north of the island. If you are lucky you may even see a rare species of lizard that is said to hide there. The variety of markets and boutiques provides the perfect location for a spot of lazy shopping after a morning coffee and provides the perfect location for a spot of people watching. The residents of Ibiza don’t live life in the fast lane – which means you can get that much needed rest. There is a daily shuttle ferry service to Ibiza’s calmer sister island Formentera if you really want to get away from it all.
